University Food Service Design and Specification

Overview:

This project was designed and specified by C&T. There is a high volume of students that flow through the constricted space of this location. In order to deal with the peaks and valleys in customer flow as well as reduce labor costs, there was a desire from the client to keep the number of staff required to operate as low as possible. This required the most efficient design of the work space as possible.
