Opening in December 2014, Twin Peaks was a great addition to the I-69 corridor north of Indianapolis, Indiana. The franchisees worked with C&T Design to get the restaurant just right!
This project was part of a large footprint restaurant that contained two bars, which was part of a multi-unit concept. Though C&T did not supply the hood, the company was able to assist the superintendent when discussing the hood by marking up shop drawings to ensure that they were correct. C&T also made note of the main cook line being hung out of place in comparison to the plans, which allowed the job superintendent to fix it. C&T helped take a set of vague food service equipment standards that had been set up by the franchisor and personalize them for the franchisee’s needs. In addition, C&T provided project management services and equipment procurement.
