An institution of the town in its own right, The Stable is a local joint owned and operated by a set of local teachers in a historical building in the close-knit town of Pendelton, Indiana.
In search of a revamp to its interior dining area and commercial kitchen space, The Stable connected with C&T with the aspirations of bringing a new chapter to The Stable.
Previously host to a very old kitchen of which the staff was trying to utilize to make everything fresh on site, The Stable was in need of a big change. By bringing in C&T the team was able to relocate the kitchen inside the building, allowing for new updates to be made and new building code to met. A private dinning area and an updated bathroom were also essentials during this time.
Equipment installed on this job included but was not limited to a: Conveyor oven which required the installation of two additional electric lines so that an additional oven may be added down the line if needed; and a Walk-in cooler and freezer, the former of which houses a newly added draft beer system. The kitchen also received a new Pizza oven, refrigeration equipment and a dishwashing space. The kitchen also received a new air system, to bring them up to code, which handles the influx and export of air through one combo system allowing for less ductwork and a more efficient system.
