C&T provided a design and specified food service equipment to the client for this assisted living project. The project was then bid on and won, which allowed C&T to proceed with the procurement and installation of the equipment and provide the necessary project management services. The desired and end result consisted of a formal dining room with a made-to-order menu paired with a pass-thru window. The pass-thru window provided diners with a short order cooking option to be brought to their respective tables by the wait staff.
