On this fast-casual dining hotspot, C&T helped bring life to a new location of a well-known Huston favorite, Niko Niko's - Woodland.
Formerly home to a different restaurant, the building was completely remodeled inside and out. To help support the "from scratch" cooking style of the owners, everything in this large kitchen was customized with true attention to detail.
Updated with the latest technology, this kitchen at Niko Niko's is fitted with everything from custom fabrication, to a rotisserie, to a flash chiller.
Other unique features of this project include the installation of a loukoumades (a traditional Greek dessert) station where the sweet treat is prepped right in front of the customer!
