Overview:

This project consisted of a high-end, multi-unit steakhouse. Some of the units were remodels of existing restaurants, which involved incorporating the existing, functioning kitchen equipment and layout to accommodate their menu and operational needs. C&T provided restaurant design and project management services throughout this process, which included the bar, kitchen, and serving areas. The company also procured and installed the necessary restaurant food service equipment.
