Croûte Baking Company, Cunningham Restaurant Group's (CRG) latest venture, opened last week to much fanfare. Located at 320 N Meridian St, Ste 101, Croûte is open from 7 am to 2 pm offering grab and go options to the downtown Indianapolis work crowd in the form of salads, sandwiches, pastries and beverages. This space doubles as a test kitchen for the talented CRG chefs to experiment in to continue to bring new and exciting options to Croûte and Cunningham's other concepts including Bru Burger Bar, Livery and Vida to name a few.
C&T Design Cincinnati's Scott Ellerhorst has had the pleasure of working with CRG over the past several years on most of their concepts. We are always excited by what Cunningham is bringing to the table next.
