Community Hospital Anderson underwent a full kitchen and servery renovation to improve traffic flow and provide more dining options than the previous linear design. The servery was rotated from its original positions and connected to the kitchen through a common wall. This project required extensive general construction, so a temporary kitchen was needed to allow for uninterrupted service to the population of patients, employees and guests. C&T coordinated these efforts and used the equipment procured for the new kitchen in the temporary kitchen. Once construction was near completion, C&T installed the equipment in Café15fifteen’s kitchen in the middle of the night to satisfy the hospital’s schedule.
