Overview:

This particular food truck started as a restaurant in Carmel that grew into a few other locations. The growth spurt gave the client the idea of bringing their food to the people for local sporting and civic events by using a food truck. C&T helped the client by designing the optimum space and specifying the equipment that would be necessary for success. The company also provided and installed the food service equipment.
