Overview:

This project required C&T to procure a wide range of food service equipment, including racks, walk-ins, and refrigeration, and design a dish machine location that would be shared between two locations. C&T completed a large commissary retarder, which was designed for FIFO operation, for this project. Demonstrations were also organized with wholesale packaging, which would allow the client to package and sell their own pasta and increase the product’s shelf life.
